If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

Our return and refund policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping fee

After you made an order to us, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. From that point, you will notice if you need to make adjustments to your order. Please note that when you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification. After 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it will be too late to make any changes.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Conditions that you can’t refund

(1) If you inform us after the order was shipped, you can’t cancel the order or apply for a refund. You could return to products to us and get a refund.

(2) If you think the product you receive is defective or damaged, but refuse to take a photo or video to describe the problem, you can’t apply for refund.
